Stellaplast concrete protection panels

For the Stellaplast concrete protection system, we use weldable plastics that are mechanically anchored in the substrate. The system can be put into operation as soon as the substrate has reached the necessary structural strength. A decisive advantage of Stellaplast over conventional constructions is that there are no waiting times for substrate drying, preparation and material curing. This means that the Stellaplast construction can be put into operation very quickly.

Another advantage of Stellaplast: with its prefabricated and installation parts, it is suitable for both new lining and the renovation of your production facilities.

For new linings, we install Stellaplast in prefabricated parts as permanent formwork that is set in concrete directly. After stripping the formwork, the joints and fixing holes are welded tight. Our precise planning and prefabrication in the factory ensure that your project is completed quickly and smoothly.

If you want to renovate your old system, we simply place the Stellaplast system in front of the old lining using our special installation system.
