Sealing with DIBt approval

Sealing with DIBt approval

DSB Säurebau offers high-quality, chemically resistant coating systems with building authority approval. Our sealants are based on epoxy resin, vinyl ester or polyurethane and are ideal for demanding areas of application.

We offer sealing layers with glass fiber reinforcement, conductive floors that can be driven on and are non-slip, as well as crack-bridging systems. These solutions guarantee reliable protection against mechanical and chemical loads.

With our systems, you can rely on tested quality and maximum reliability.

Stellagen ASP: Approval number Z-59.12-331

Stellagen ASP is a coating system based on vinyl ester resin that has a crack-bridging effect up to 0.4 mm due to its glass fiber reinforcement. This property makes it particularly suitable for concrete surfaces that have to meet high requirements, especially in accordance with the Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz).

The glass fibers are applied to the substrate at the same time as the resin in a special spraying process, resulting in an extremely tensile and chemically highly resistant coating. The system can be used on both metal and concrete surfaces

However, depending on the specific load, an additional protective layer of sheet or stone lining can also be applied.

The use of suitable primers as well as slip-resistant and conductive top coats can ensure both safety when walking on and the protection of sensitive surfaces from electrostatic discharge.

The Stellagen ASP sealing layer is registered under the approval number Z-59.12-331 with the German Institute for Building Technology and is subject to constant quality monitoring.

Stellagen UF/ UAS: Approval number Z-59.12-153 / Z-59.12-152

Stellagen UF and UAS sealing layers are coating systems based on vinyl ester resin. The Stellagen UAS version is dissipative and therefore ideal for use in electrostatic systems.

Both sealing layers, Stellagen UF and Stellagen UAS, are crack-bridging up to 0.3 mm due to their fabric reinforcement. They are therefore preferred for use on concrete surfaces, especially where the requirements of the Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz) must be met.

The Stellagen UF sealing layer is registered under the approval number Z-59.12-153, the Stellagen UAS sealing layer under the approval number Z-59.12-152 with the German Institute for Building Technology and is subject to constant quality monitoring.

Stellapox SV / Stellapox SV-AS: Approval number Z-59.16-255

Stellapox SV and Stellapox SV-AS are crack-bridging colored pigmented flow coatings based on epoxy resin.

The overall system is trafficable and offers excellent chemical resistance, which allows it to be used in many industrial areas, both indoors and outdoors. Due to its flexible properties, it has a crack bridging capacity of up to 0.3 mm. The use of carbon fiber in the flow coating (Stellapox SV-AS) ensures effective electrostatic dissipation.

The general building authority approval is registered with the German Institute of Building Technology under the approval number Z-59.16-255.

Stellagen SC-GF AS: Approval number Z-59.12-500

Stellagen SC-GF AS is a sustainable coating system with safety. Our monostyrene-free, crack-bridging, dissipative and chemically highly resistant laminate system is based on epoxy-novolak vinyl ester resin. The system is solvent-free, AgBB-tested and offers crack bridging of at least 0.4 mm, depending on the structure.

The general building inspectorate approval for Stellagen SC-GF AS is registered with the German Institute for Building Technology under the approval number Z-59.12-500.
